Model Club Documents

When you are starting up a new Club, access to some ready-made documentation, like a Constitution and Rules, can be very useful.  Why re-invent the wheel if another group of Wingers have already done it?

So this Page gives you access to a selection of documents which may be useful to you.  You are welcome to take a copy of any of them and alter and adapt as necessary to suit your Club’s needs.

They are written to allow you to make your Club as inclusive as possible, as the Federation tries to be, but of course it’s your Club, so you do what you wish.  If you want to add a rule than only red GoldWings can join, or whatever, that’s entirely up to you.

For technical reasons the documents you can access on line from this Page are in pdf format.  This makes it easy for almost anyone to be able to read them on line (so you don’t need any word processing software to do that) but you may need to ask for a Word version in order to adapt them you your Club’s needs.  Just email the Federation Secretary to ask for  a Word version of any of these documents as you need them.
